Die Apartments befinden sich direkt am Alter Strom, Nummer 85, im Herzen von Warnemünde. Der Strandpromenade und der Warnemünder Leuchtturm liegen jeweils 300 Meter entfernt. Die Marina Warnemünde ist 5 Kilometer und der Flughafen Rostock-Laage 47 Kilometer entfernt.
Das Hotel bietet vier individuell eingerichtete Apartments für 2 bis 4 Personen, einige mit eigenem Sonnendeck oder Blick auf den Alter Strom. Drei weitere Apartments befinden sich an der Alexandrinenstraße 104 in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Apartment Vilm erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerken mit einer schmalen Wendeltreppe ins untere Schlafzimmer.
In den Apartments Poel, Rügen, Usedom und Hiddensee sind Haustiere erlaubt. Die Gebühr beträgt 10,00 Euro pro Haustier und Aufenthalt. In den Apartments Vilm, Darß und Liebitz sind Haustiere nicht gestattet.
Die Rezeption und das Restaurant Twee Linden befinden sich im Erdgeschoss desselben Gebäudes. Die Gäste erreichen ihre Apartments durch den Restaurantbereich. Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Alter Strom mitten im Einkaufs- und Gastronomieviertel.
Ein eigenes Parkhaus oder Stellplätze stehen nicht zur Verfügung. Die Gäste nutzen die öffentlichen Parkplätze am Parkhaus 'Mittelmole' am Warnemünder Hauptbahnhof oder am Parkhaus Molenfeuer. Ein Minimarkt und ein Friseurgeschäft sind im Haus vorhanden.

The living area and kitchen are located on the upper level (ground floor), while the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom are located in the basement. Both levels are connected by a steep spiral staircase. Due to this structural feature, the apartment is not suitable for elderly people or guests with limited mobility. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove, toaster, and kitchen utensils. The private bathroom on the lower level has a shower and toilet. In the living area, there is a sofa bed, a seating and dining area, a flat-screen TV with cable connection, and a radio. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
